Yes to all 3. I have Adie's pupil, where it is permanently dilated so extra sensitive to any kind of light especially flashing ones. Have always been sensitive to touch. All clothes labels have to be removed if there is any chance that t may be in contact with my skin.
I Don't like like loud noises or even very quiet repetitive noises, someone eating, scratching denim etc.
It's extremely difficult being this sensitive because people think I'm being rude if I shut my eyes or stick my fingers in my ears. I am just trying to make it more comfortable for me.
I'm very sensitive to brightness and loudness, too. I have to ask my dentists to cover my eyes with a towel when they turn the lights above me. Also, I can't stand loud talkers and people who slam doors. Ugh... Touch is okay for me. In fact, I want someone to squeeze and massage my arms and legs when I have a flare-up.
Yes I am told it is due to multi sensory overload disorder
Yes specially with the headaches.

Thank you for checking on me! I will have to check other replies on my previous post. Everyone's so caring and supportive here.
I ask my hair stylist to cover my eyes with a towel, too, when I get my hair shampooed. ;-)
Soft food is good, too! I love tofu. When I had intense teeth pain with braces, all I could bite was tofu. Soft avocado on top of it with sesami oil and soy sauce... Mmmm! I even prefer soft french fries to crispy ones. Maybe that's just me.
Seriously, there's no need to slam doors, right? My life in college dorm was horrible with this noise sensitivity. I can truly appreciate living in a house in a very quiet neighborhood now.
I'm doing well today. I hope you (and everyone else) have a low pain day, too! :-)
