I found exercise helped me a lot, everytime I go to the gym or do bit to much I do hurt the next day, but have found that the long term effects have been well worth it, I get more better days and manage to do so much more with my good days, and I put that down to my exercise, I did have a pt but now manage myself. 😁

Hi yes I also exercise as the endorphins you’re body releases during exercise are a natural pain killer plus it feels good to achieve something! 😂
