Anyone else find that they bump into things a lot? I’ve always been clumsy but of course now i worry that it’s a symptom that means something more serious is wrong with me. I occasionally find that when I’m rounding corners in my house that I will bump into the wall.

Members connected over the shared experience of frequently bumping into walls, door frames, and furniture, with many expressing relief at discovering they're not alone in this symptom. Several members described additional challenges including dropping things, feeling off-balance, stumbling while standing or walking, and developing mysterious bruises that take longer to heal, with some attributing these issues to poor spatial awareness, balance problems, or sudden body spasms. A recurring theme was using humor to cope with the frustration of clumsiness, though one member urged seeking medical evaluation to rule out other causes.

As long as I can remember I’ve been hitting parts of my body into the wall, tables etc. my daughter also has fibromyalgia and we’re always joking about it. It’s like our body all of a sudden will spasm or something and jerk out for a brief second.
