I'm a little off sometimes too. I thought I had cleared the fridge door but I didn't and ran my arm into it's door edge. Husband looked at me like I was crazy. I told him I just mis-judged
I have days when I bump into things more often and I think it is a balance issue - I often struggle to walk without veering to the left or right and have read that it is linked to fibro.
Constantly - seems like im always misjudging things. Have the bruises on my body ti show for it. I walk like a drunk, n dont even drink. Lol
I have days when I do that, and sometimes whatever I bump into is painful like doorknobs, corners of a tablle, mobile equipment in my work environment. This happens more so on the job maybe because I am in a hurry and overloaded with duties. I also have some days where I drop almost everything I pick up. There is no rhyme or reason as to why I get the "dropsies." Maybe it's due to lack of flexibility and strength in my hands and fingers.
Always know when i am about to have a flare up, in addition to onset body aches, I get forgetful, clumsy and bumping into door frames, I drop things and then it's full blown by then... I am too fatigued for any activity
