Hcg Relief
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone experienced relief of symptoms using hcg? I've only recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but have had progressive symptoms for 10 years now. Within those years I was on the hcg diet three times, and I always noticed that my symptoms faded, if not disappeared, while on the hcg (injections). Does anyone else have this experience? Or, does anyone know anything about hcg for chronic pain relief? Such as, how much to take without gaining weight?

HCG, or human chorionic gonadotropin, is a hormone present at high levels in early pregnancy. ... A British doctor named Albert Simeons first proposed HCG as a weight loss tool in 1954. His diet consisted of two main components: An ultra-low-calorie diet of around 500 calories per day.

Please understand, I'm not recommending anyone do this diet, that's not what I'm on here for. But I did read a few articles about hcg being used for chroinc pain relief and was wondering if anyone had experience with it.
