I’m dealing with skin tingling, pain, and tons more on a daily basis. MRI is April 9th. Gabapentin and Duloxetine has done nothing in terms of helping.

Would Pregabalin and Amitryptilyne work better for pain and depression/mood swings?

I can literally hear the nerves screaming in the back of my head as my muscles twitch and skin tingles 24/7 throughout my average day.

My fibro meds include gabapentin, duloxetine, and baclofen. Baclofen is my muscle relaxer and I love it. It has helped me so much and continues to work for me. I also take Meloxicam for pain but that is mostly for the arthritis in my back but I think it's helping with some fibro pain too. Good luck with the MRI.

clonazepam is a benzodiazepine ,, i take xanex ,, this doesnt stop my muscle twitching but does give some tight muscle relief, it also helps my stomach in small doses
