Does Anyone Else Feel Cold Even When Environmental Temp Is Warm?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve had this for some time and have been told not to worry you’ve “just caught a chill”. It’s like I’m cold to my bones and my skin will be cold to the touch, the temperature around me could be 22c and I’ll be wrapped up in a blanket! it’s definitely not Raynauds as my skin doesn’t change colour and I don’t fell numbness.
Anyone else experience this?

I am cold a lot and I used to always be hot and sweaty!! I still get the sweats which is very irritating cause when I finally cool down, I then am freezing from the sweat! Vicious circle! I find my feet are the worst and when they get really cold, my pain gets worse and I can’t sleep if my feet are cold. Again, my electric blankets are my best friends, even in the summer!!
