My husband has been encouraging me to go to chiropractor. He thinks it will help with my pain management. But I have some reservations. I've tried so many things with little or no results and I'm just tired of doing it. So wanted somr opinions on this.
I go to Dr. Yu acupuncture Doctor. She is awesome, I walk out of there a different person. , Make sure it is a chinese doctor. Every week she works, on different parts of my body. I walk out with my back straight up.
My chiro helped me alot. Previous ones not so much, but my current ones is up to date with current techniques and therapies. Her clinic does ultrasound therapy, and other non invasive treatments. They also to acupuncture, myofascial release and massage specifically aimed towards disorders like FMS. When scoping out a new chiro, tell her you have FMS and your looking for pain management ideas and watch her reaction. Talk a little more and see how much input she gives. She should have info immediately if she's truly a supporter. Or minimally offer to investigate. You'll know she's a good choice if you feel like crying in a good way for once.
Good luck!
I find massage, works best for me.....osteopath makes no difference....I donβt go to chiropractors, I have a trust issue there.....Chinese acupuncture would probably be beneficial....Iβve not thought to try that πππ₯°π©ββ€οΈβπβπ©πππ
I go every week. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not. It doesn't help my pain everywhere. You never know unless you try.
I went it does help but it can aggravate symptoms at first
