I am always at the dentist. I have steroid induced osteoporosis so bone density is shot. I have had a loose tooth for over a year. Crowns fall out and teeth break 😯

I am on calcium and alendronic acid for the osteoporosis. The side effects of alendronic acid are horrendous to read. The jaw can crumble and become misshapen.😒

I really didn't want to take it but I am persevering even though instructions to take are quite difficult at times.

I have to ensure I visit the dentist every 3 months, if not before if something breaks or false out.
