Did you know that food allergy/intolerance can be one of the symptoms in addition to fibro? Any one have food allergy/intolerance and how hard has it affected you?

Yes i had an intolerance test I purchased off the internet also told me what vitamins and minerals I was lacking I avoided the foods and honestly my ibs and fibro definatly improved x

Yes! I had no issues with gluten and other foods before fibro. I had a allergy test performed and I am highly sensitive to gluten, wheat, rye, barley amount others. So now I avoid it.

Yes. I used to eat anything and now can't eat gluten, dairy, soy, avocado and banana.

I’m the same as Suzette ! As soon as my fibro started I became ill a lot more. Feeling sick and a lot of acid reflux. I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for around 4 years but only recently found out in September last year that I have Coeliac disease too (autoimmune disease can’t eat gluten)
