Does anyone have problems with weakness and tingling in their legs and arms? I have had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue for more than twenty years and it seems to get worse...more pain , New symptoms, and now the muscle weakness and tingling.

Members shared deeply relatable experiences with muscle weakness and tingling in their arms and legs, with many describing how these symptoms worsen over time and affect everyday activities like opening jars, hanging laundry, standing, and walking. Several members offered practical strategies that have helped them manage these debilitating symptoms, including low-dose Amitriptyline for sleep and restless legs, CBD lotion, gentle yoga and Tai Chi, massage therapy, moist heating pads for rib pain, and Gabapentin for neuropathy. A recurring theme was the importance of seeing a doctor to rule out other conditions like costochondritis, short fiber neuropathy, or osteoarthritis, as members emphasized that not every symptom should be automatically attributed to fibromyalgia alone.

Try CBD lotion and make your you are stretching, like yoga. Very light activity and stretching helps.

Yes I also have Weakness in my hands, arms and legs and have pins and needles and tingling at times.

Also have constant pain in my hands, arms, fingers and legs as well as my back that never goes away.
Until I take a low dosage Amitriptyline at night to help me sleep soundly. It also controls restless legs as well.

Unfortunately it is a symptom of Fibromyalgia one that is very debilitating.

Cannot open jar lids, some packaged foods, cannot put washing on the clothesline.

Have trouble standing in one position for too long, have to sit down and rest if I walk to far.

You most probably have Costochondritis as well as muscle weakness because I have that as well.

Have ribcage pain in my back and front and breast pain as well.

So hard to live with its gets very frustrating at times.
