Does anyone have one, I'm very ready to make the purchase. I've had this gypsy lifestyle for the past 6months and it's been difficult. Any ideas, thanks lovely friends πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Members discussed their varied experiences and curiosity about weighted blankets for fibromyalgia, with opinions split between those who find even light clothing uncomfortable and those who crave the deep pressure sensation. Several members shared that weighted blankets helped reduce pain and anxiety, though some worried about overheating or found them too heavy to use all night, while others loved the cocooning warmth and deeper sleep they provided. A recurring theme was the comforting parallel members drew to pets lying on them, with many describing how their cats or dogs instinctively position themselves on painful areas, providing natural pressure therapy that mirrors what a weighted blanket offers.

Hi I do have one.. I have used it just a few times..yes it is heavy and
I too can barely stand loose pajamas..
I found that it helped me to feel less pain and less anxious... I was impressed.
I did not keep it on overnight. That would be too hard for me.
Glad to have it if needed.

I have one, a 15lb weight. I love it. It was very expensive, over $120.00, but it was worth every penny,
I sleep deeper and wake up refreshed. The blanket cocoons you in warmth. I am plannng on buying one for mt grandson to help him sleep through the night.

I'm all for anything that helps. I cannot personally sleep with anything too heavy. I get too hot (have sweats) and it is irritating to move. I sleep in the softest, lightest and baggy tee shirt and pj shorts.

Oh! She looks just like our outside cat "Sister" 😍 I have 2 dogs, Chihuahua (8-9#) and a min. poodle (12#) that take turns laying on me when I don't feel well. It's almost as if they can sense where I'm hurting, which wouldn't surprise me πŸ˜‰ Gentle hugs πŸ’œ
