I would like to know if anybody is going through the same where someone tries to ask a question and it's very hard for me to answer,as I am very tired that I rather not speak at all ,so all I do is shut down and stay quite
Yes! I call that brain fog or some call it fibro fog. A lot won’t get it, and those who love you will. I’d say I kindly gesture or say the words I can manage like “brain fog sorry.” And they soon back off, but half the time you can’t even do that. A lot of people have said, even doctors, that they can see it in my eyes when I’ve left the room and I’m pretty much not there which does help. I just got some noise cancelling headphones as people talking can get too much when I’m in that, and it helps ALOT, also gives them the message without you having to waste energy letting them know. Xoxo
Hi Kimlane when I feel the way you describe it is mostly because of stress& or lack of sleep. It's isolating & frustrating. If your into supplements malic acid, and 5-HTP may be useful. Remember your not alone! Things are always changing. All ways keep trying! If you need to just let some time go by, tomorrow will likely be better!🙂🤗💜 Vincent
I used to manage teams of up to 60 staff and manage projects of up to £1 million. Now I cannot speak on the phone at work because my mind goes blank when I get asked questions.
Very hard to explain to others.
Mustn’t let it get you down though. 🤗
It's a i get that way to , I just throw out the best answer I can , and for Helen 13 we haven't given up on you and we won't either
