Here's how to get started with groups:

1. Tap the "Groups" tab on the navigation bar
2. Scroll through the different types of groups available
3. Tap the + button in the top-right corner to add yourself to a group
4. Tap the group name to access it and start posting

Once you're in a group, you can scroll through posts and reply to members by tagging them with their username, like @A MyFibroTeam Member.

If you're looking to share something more broadly, you can also create a general post from the home screen. Just tap the home icon 🏠 and share what's on your mind!
