I'm sorry, that does not make any sense to me. Disability is awarded based on your ability to work. It has nothing to do with your college education level, or how much your spouse makes. My 55 year old dad with a college degree was awarded disability no problem. My mom is a director in HR. He's still married to her. I also know someone who is 47 and was awarded disability. She has fibro and a college education.

Depends on where you live I guess. In the UK fibromyalgia is classed as a disability and I get support at work due to the diagnosis. Disability benefits are based on impact on daily living skills so if it impacts enough you would be entitled.

Yes I had to stop work due to the debilitating pain and headaches, brain fog,anxiety and depression which often comes with fibromyalgia. Disability is a process so only you and your doctors can decide if this is what you should do Good luck . I believe so. My legs just give out from under me. I often fall.
