Members widely related to the experience of persistent pain between the shoulder blades, with many describing it as a daily or nightly struggle that disrupts sleep and comfort, often accompanied by sensations of stinging, spasms, swelling, and irritation throughout the neck, shoulders, and back. Several members shared their approaches to managing this pain, including weekly chiropractic visits that provide some relief, upcoming diagnostic imaging like MRIs to investigate potential spinal narrowing, and the added challenge of dealing with overlapping conditions like tendinitis and restless leg syndrome. A recurring theme was the exhausting nature of chronic pain and the intentional effort to stay positive, find daily blessings, and keep pushing forward despite constant discomfort.

I have had this pain as well. I also deal with tendinitis. In my wrist and shoulder. With fibro added...it can stink! Trying to remain positive. Look for the blessings in each and every day!
