Every morning as soon as i step out of bed my feet are in indescribable pain. Is this something anyone else deals with?

Members connected deeply over the shared experience of severe morning foot pain, with many confirming it as a frustrating fibromyalgia symptom that doctors often cannot fully explain or resolve. Several members shared practical strategies that have brought some relief, including orthotic insoles, Yoga Toes to release pinched nerves, Zacin cream (which initially causes a burning sensation before easing pain), rolling a tennis ball under the feet, applying heat, using Arnica oil, and keeping feet elevated to reduce swelling. A recurring theme was the isolating reality of living with unexplained chronic pain that limits mobility and daily activities, met with compassion and encouragement to keep trying different approaches and advocating for answers with medical providers.

I recently asked a specialist about plantar fasciitis because i kept getting this horrible burn in my ankle when i would get up out of bed, unfortunatly she said it was fibro related :(

I get a lot of pain in my feet. Sometimes it feels like the bones are sliding into each other and sometimes the soles of my feet hurt so much that I can barely stand. My doc tor says it is a fibro symptom but he says that for everything. My rheumatologist recommended Zacin cream it has chilli oil in. I get the same problems in my hands too. I have found it effective but not a total cure. It feels really weird for the first couple of weeks as it starts by seemingly replacing the pain with a burning sensation which isn't pleasant but personally I found more bearable than the pain. Also when in the bath ,it feels really hot but only to your feet so I had to lie with my feet out of the water! However these effects have faded and my feet are much better. Hope this is helpful. Persevere with the cream if you try it.

My feet hurt so bad with rainy weather and cold fronts. Hard to walk. Also after I am up on my feet for a few hours no matter what kind of shoe I wear. It's the top of my feet specially my right foot. I get a lump on the top and the pain shoots into my ankle. I just sit with my feet up and I put heat on them as well. I've tried ice but that hurts worse. Hugs and Prayers
