Does anyone have this? Example: I can have muscle or nerve pain in my left side for a few days. Then I wake up one morning, it's gone, but my thigh muscles will feel weak and overworked. That may leave in an hour or a few days or whatever, and my neck and shoulders will spasm. And then some days I have no pain, just feel dizzy and brain fog and tired. Help!! I feel like an anomaly.

Yes. This happens to me a lot. I will have an extreme painful weeks in my shoulders and neck and then all of a sudden that stops for a bit, but my lower body acts up worse. All in all, I have pain everywhere all of the time, but some days one part of my body feels worse than others.
