I take 1000 mg. Once a day and I only take 15 drops a day and pain free.

I am on cymbalta and lyrica, and had my lyrica dose increased the middle of november but am having a side effect I don't think I can live with from it, so I will be decreasing that dose again. I had never used any type of CBC at any point until about 3 months ago. I started with 10 mg CBS, 1mg thc chewable and have upped it to 2 at a time. They can take a couple of hours to start working, but I find it makes a difference. I have been told that having a 10 to 1 ratio of cbd to thc is the best way to do it, because the cbd works better if there is a small amount of thc to activate it. If anyone has been told something different, or experienced something different, I would love to hear from you.

Make sure you check if it interferes with anything else you are taking...etc. Calcium...etc Google it and find out. I do not take it for this reason.

i had CBD pills 20 mg and it really worked for me
