Welcome. Yes Magnesium helped a lot. But CBD helped more. Initially I changed my diet to paleo after a complete detox recommended by my naturopath- these things took my pain from 9/10 to 2/10.
I am still paleo ( mostly ๐) and I find gluten & preservatives kill me. Including artificial sweetners.
Diet, exercise, physio, and supplements are my keys to reducing pain.

Hip pain was my first symptom 15 years ago. It turned out I had bursitis in both hips ( type of arthritis) probably due to my dancing past, treated them with cortisone shots & physio which helped significantly but as Fibro emerged so the hip pain returned. I managed to reduce it significantly with CBD oil & HRT to treat the menopause which made all pain worse. I still see a physio & I do specific stretches morning and night. I often get restless legs & foot calf pain for which I take magnesium powder which helps almost instantly.
Hope this helps.

Hi guys, i am in Australia, so i order online through a company called Ricks Hemp Oil. I know there are lots of brands. My friend in Canada got CBD oil prescribed from her doctor and it made her really ill, so i know it's not for everyone unfortunately.
Exercise is key. I stretch every morning and night, i walk, i swim occasionally and i ride a bike. In the beginning it was really painful, but it gets better.
cheers
