I like drinking it in the morning, and read some comments about stopping. I know sugar will have to stop, because I feel worse the next day. But I don't know for sure...
Hi, absolutely yes!
Sugar causes inflammation and pain throughout my body.
It didn't take that long to give it up, because the pain was so bad. There's lots in green grapes, and white wine too.
I can eat a little chocolate now and then, or a slice of cake. But totally avoid soda, all fizzy drinks. Coffee is okay if just a cup or two, but creamer is laden with sugar.
It definitely makes a difference. I add grated apples to my porridge and a little honey. I think you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll adapt. A huge well done for researching it and considering a change!

My chiropractor told me to switch to almond milk in my coffe since dairy seems to cause inflammation. I used half almond milk and half dairy milk for about a week and then went to all almond milk. Im used to it now and i use stevia as a sweeter. It is supposably not bad for us. I hope not at least. I hope you are able to find what helps you. I know sugar is bad for us but i will never give it up completely. I have to have some reason to live. Lol
