Celery Juice
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

My daughter swears by 100% celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. She too has fibro and swears it has helped her. Has anyone else tried this?

I've also have noticed the change in my diet. I eat a lot of berries and grapes. I only eat chicken and started recently eating salmon. I am beginning to eat a lot of fresh veggies.

I just started this a few days ago. I read it’s great! I’m trying it more for digestive health and hoping it helps with fibromyalgia. Worth a try!

I have noticed a huge change with the increasing of berries and fresh veggies to my diet. As well as Malic Acid and magnesium with MSM cream. Helps more in keeping our bodies properly hydrated.
