Head pressure, dizziness, and pressure mid-chesr

Does costochondritis feel like a small animal or something sitting in the middle of your chest? Like mostly pressure? And does anyone have a continual dizziness/Head pressure? I don't know if I'm in a flare or not. This has all been going on for days now. I haven't had a real flare in at least a year, and I have forgotten.

Costo can feel like pressure on your chest but with your head having pressure and being dizzy, I would see your doctor to rule out anything more serious. Anytime anyone has pressure on your chest and has not been diagnosed with costo, please go get checked out by your doctor. Its better to be safe than sorry. Please let us know what you find out.
