I get this head pressure thing. I had it a couple years ago, but after going grain free, it relieved. It's back, and my diet hasn't changed. And back like I can't hardly do anything most days. It's been 7 weeks now. It's pain, but it moves around my head. Makes me feel like my brain is shifting around in my skull, my eyes feel weird like I can't focus, a strange dizzy feeling unlike normal dizziness, etc. I had an MRI a couple months ago, so nothing to report there. I did have a car accident 3โฆ read more
Referral to a neurologist asap. They treat migraines. Speak with your gp for the Referral
Sounds like need to have checked out. Sounds like migraines at the least. Good luck!
Head and neck pressure and pain was how my fibromyalgia first started after having pneumonia.
Definitely need to rule out any problems from the car accident. But fibro can be a beast, I have had all off the above for several years. Diet can work along with physical therapy for vertigo..it's a daily battle. Good luck ๐๐
Yes I do and that's how my fibro started after having had pneumonia it all began in my head base of skull pressure over my head into my forehead and behind my eyes. Had mrI of the brain but didn't show anything and was told it was occipital neuralgia. Very dizzy very off balance ect pains in base of skull still there constantly can hardly turn my head been like that for 4 years now but mri scan on cervical spine/thoracic spine showed up arthritis in those regions too which all connect! I look up information on YouTube from a doctor alan mandell who's a retired chiropractor ect he's brilliant on most topics from headaches back problems dizziness ect to how we walk bad posture ect it's surprising what help through simple techniques ect he can give you on a wide range of things and I followed a very simple technique he showed your on there for helping with occipital neuralgia and how to stimulate the occipital nerves. It works very well and I don't get near so much pain pressure ect I used to get although still do get some and blurred vision but can sleep better than I could and a little more com for table to lie down now.
