Have you had an MRI on your neck? Its possible you have a herniated disc. I had 2 surgeries for herniated discs in my neck 15 years ago and your symptoms sound like what I went thru before surgery. I've had fibro for 30 years and usually think any pain is from it but I knew this was not fibro. Talk to your doctor about getting an MRI to at least rule it out. Good luck. Hugs. I'm here if you have any more questions.

I've felt like that for the past couple of days. I need to go pick up my meds and I have to do it, because I have no one to help. I think I'm going to try and find a pharmacy that will deliver.

Shoulder and neck pain are common for me too and yes the pain can be nauseating. Try heating pad? I found that a homemade rice bag heating pad works well. Takes some of the pain away or distracts from pain. I put it somewhere else on my body and it draws my attention to that spot. Try o trick my brain. It's worth a try! We are all different but it helps a little for me.
