I started on 10mg then my rheumatologist upped it to 50g. It has been a saviour for me!! I hadn’t slept this well in ten years! I get usually at least seven hours of uninterrupted sleep and it completely took away my leg pain and cramping at night! Wouldn’t even think of going without it now! 😀

I'm on nortriptyline which is similar I believe and that took 4-6 weeks to settle in my system, but once it did settle, the side effects reduced and I found it helped a lot

Wow hun u sound like me just dont give up n to no theres not just u out their hope it helps,my sleep pattern is just crazy n i also got diagnosed with sleep apnea due to the fibro so i wear a mask every night coz without it i stop breathing please if ur worried about the sleep bit av a word with ur doctor x
