I'm in the Greenville/ Spartanburg ,SC area looking for a dr who is good with fibromyalgia diagnosis as that's what I'm guessing at this point I have but am getting zero help!

There are no Rheumatologist in the Greenville area that are good. I go to charlotte, NC
