Does anyone else experience sharp pains in their chest? I had one so bad the other night until it woke me up. I've been to see a cardiologist and I've had to wear the chest monitor for 2 weeks but nothing has come back to where I should worry. I did not experience pain in my arm and I've read somewhere awhile ago that some people with fibromyalgia has experienced chest pain. I've had several episodes of chest & face pain together, probably the scariest symptom, ended up in a&e first time. ....i've had the lymph nodes removed from my left arm & have little feeling in the top of that arm....I always worry about knowing whether I were having a heart attack. . Afraid I have no suggestions, it's a worrying one!! ....๐
Yeah, I thought it was a heart attack. I was actually on the phone talking to my cousin when I first had that attack. My cousin drove to my home to check on me but by the time she got here it had passed. I was on the phone short of breath and screaming all at the same time. But no the doctors didn't find anything wrong.
Yes I do, but it's quite random, can't move when it happens until it stops as its very painful. Glad it doesn't happen often for me.
Yes, as well as cCostochondritis - that pain is usually on the sides tho
Its probably condritious...cant spell it...but its where the rib cage joins the sternum in the chest..its the cartilage at the join..its classed as soft tissue...this gives pain..also when breathing..I have sometimes...fortunately not all the time.
