I don’t know much but if I can help at all let me know :) we need to work as a team to help each other out!! A good book to read it The FibroManual written by a physician in the United States who actually herself has fibro. She has a fibro clinic. It’s very good because it talks about modern med approach with medication and holistic med with supplements, myofascial massage etc also has stretches and exercise suggestions!

Is tramahexel like tramadol? And this doesn’t sound like to much to me! Sounds like lots of supplements and if they are working that’s great! If your doctor has given you the ok then put your beautiful brain at ease! The stress of worrying may actually be worse

I looked it up I had never heard of it of it helps I would stick with it the knly thiny that med warns about is your kidney and liver function at long term use but it doesn't say what they consider long term as we are chonic care patients so I would get blood work to check my liver and kidneys every 6 mos. Or 8 mos. Or so if you stay on this med.

Vit D is great breaks down fillers and helps metabolize medications. Magniessium is supposed to be very beneficial and has very little side effects. I wish personally I could take it but I'm allergic to it go figure I think you're on the right track with the medicines you're taking they are least likely to have any long-term effects because those two are vitamins and the other one is probably the only one that's not I myself take seven or eight prescribed medications that are not vitamins but I also take vitamin D and I take vitamin B12 which is very good for you as well
