Taking digestive enzymes before each meal will put less stress on your body to break down problematic proteins and sugars. Healing your gut is the best defence against food allergies and IBS.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, a good book to help with diet is the Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers MD. It will guide you through an elimination diet that will help you figure out what food sensitivities you have. By finding out that, you can cut out what your body doesn't like and you will feel better.

Dairy and gluten...sugars too, but dairy and gluten are not good for us!!! That is a 100% certainty. Also, you should have been tested for Lyme disease as one of the test to eliminate before being diagnosed with fibro?!

It could be one or all of dairy, gluten or nitrites. Either way, it’s no fun. πŸ™ It will take a while to figure it out. Big hugs.
