How Do You Keep From Going Nuts When Stuck Home 24/7 Feeling Weak And In Pain? Any Movie Or Shows You Recommend Watching?

Binge worthy shows?
Movies?

I'm losing it. I used to be on the go all the time and my life has come to this, sitting here or laying here in pain and feeling super weak. I need a pastime to keep from losing my mind. Lol

Since you specifically asked about tv shows and movies, and not knowing your taste, I would recommend:
Better Call Saul, Once Upon A Time( fantasy) RuPaul’s Drag Race, Follow This ( reality) The Good Place( hilarious) Bull( courtroom drama) , Designated Survivor, Comedians in Cars Having Coffeee, any of the 72 Animals series if u like nature, Series of Unfortunate Events
Justify, Ask the Doctor, The Great Escapers( u will love)
Grey’s Anatomy,
Chef’s TAble
Hemlock Grove,
I highly recommend Amazon Prime, besides their benefits, they have award winning shows on this channel. You can also Google : Best showson Netflix, for example, and get some new ideas. I take my iPad everywhere and watch while I cook, do laundry, sew, etc.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, Listen to music, find a craft you can do that won't take too much energy, Read anything. I notice you said stuck inside 24/7, the only time I get out is for doctors appts. Every now and again my cousin will come spend time with me and sometimes she'll try to get me out of the house for a little while not too long though because my pain tends to kick in quickly. Be mindful of what your body can do and what your body goes through. ex: I was bedridden for almost 3 yrs. So any position other than lying in bed was 95 percent too much for me. I slept a lot, cried a lot because of pain, stuck inside, hurt to sit, hurt to stand, hurt to lye in bed. So I bought puzzle books, coloring books, read my Bible, and then I bought crafts that I could paint. I had a small table placed at bedside and I would paint my craft and I could take my time and take breaks in between. I'm not sure what you can do but these are some things you can try.

The lady gaga movie on netflix is inspiring. I am into shows like Poldark. That is a great show and I would highly recommend it. :)

I say - find a good book. get on the phone and call people that have not heard from you in a while. DO NOT eat yourself silly, but snack on crunchy veggies.....and walk around your house. Play dust bunny hunt in your home if you can....But do try to stretch......
Sending Light & Love your way......Stay encouraged!
