I had muscle pain, weakness on right arm and leg and that feels 10 times worse today and now I'm feeling pain in my left arm and leg. Also my joints are popping a lot and I am feeling a lot of stiffness.

if i may be so bold, as to make a suggestion...bath! Take a long hot bath with lavender oil and maybe even a drop or three of peppermint oil as well...but firstly, bath a nice long, relaxing bath!!!

Yes! I feel so bad days leading up to my period! I'm due for it soon and my neck and back pain is so bad.
I have my tubes tied but I am going to consider taking the pill to get my cycles more on track. I have epilepsy too and my seizures are terrible close and on my period. I get so fatigued.

I think this is one of those things that is very common, but not always discussed or documented. We have a disorder that makes normal things painful, so it would make sense. Like when you go for a short walk and it feels like miles.

You know It happens to me too! I read it may not necessarily be related but I think it is. I feel like I go into a flare around my period. My shoulder all the way down to my foot hurts. And I was thinking it happens often around my period. Maybe it has to do with hormones? Not sure but I think there is a connection.
