Yes as well as bladder leaks and so many other things that happen to our bodies sadly.
@A MyFibroTeam Member. I have gone close to a eek without going. Not fun. You can take miralax daily. I take a half capful daily but if I haven't gone I take another half. It has kept me from getting really constipated. Ask your doctor for a pres if you have insurance, it is covered. Don't let it get bad like I did.
I take pain pills so I stay constipated. My doctor gave me a pres for Miramax so I put it my coffee every morning and I don't get so bad. It really helps. I would ask your doctor about it. It is not worth suffering. I had part of my colon removed a few years ago from diverticulitis because it got so inflamed that it twisted. I'm sure the constipation made it worse. Don't wait till something happens to take medicine for it. Good luck. Hugs
Constipation, diarrhoea, I’ve, all part of it.

Magnesium oil spray is the fastest way for your body to absorb Magnesium and you can adjust how much your dose is every time you apply it.
Fibromyalgia sufferers when stressed burn through the Magnesium in their bodies. Those days you apply more Magnesium oil. Magnesium levels if correct in your body you will have much more normal bowels.
