Members responded to someone experiencing tingling, numbness, and crawling sensations by sharing their own experiences with fibromyalgia, a condition many described as causing similar symptoms including pins and needles, scalp crawling sensations, and debilitating weakness that makes walking difficult in the mornings. Several members offered practical suggestions such as trying meditation to calm racing thoughts, using ice and heat for muscle tension, stretching for potential trapped nerves, and identifying food sensitivities that can trigger crawling sensations throughout the body. A recurring theme was the reassurance that these strange and uncomfortable symptoms are shared by others in the community, with members offering emotional support through prayers, gentle hugs, and wishes for less painful days.

I learned that I have chemical sensitivities so bad that processed foods make me feel like I have bugs crawling or I get itchy. Some processed foods effect me worse than others. I get that tingly crawling sensation sometimes all over my head or every where on my body. Sometime it starts in just my thighs or just under my arms. It's really weird. Other times I get it every where on my body.

So, it could be that you have that or a trapped nerve in your tense leg muscles causing it. Ice and heat? Stretching? JustGrandmaKirsten has a good idea with meditation if you can focus.

Hope you feel better!

Have you ever tried meditation? I get the same way, thoughts swirl in my head. I’ve found it helps me a lot. Hoping for calm thoughts for you!

I often feel weak and I can't control my thoughts. What I want to say just won't come out.

Sounds like Fibromyalgia symptoms to me many people here including myself have numbness in legs and arms tingling and pins and needles.

As well as feeling like your skin or scalp is crawling.

Fibromyalgia has so many symptoms to deal with and these are some of them I know how hard it is too live with them.

Wishing You Less Pain Free Day and Evening.
