If your taking Cymbalta, that is a really bad side effect. You may want to change if so.
Hiya, I quit caffeine (even decafe drinks as they have trace of caffeine and was making me sweat loads/not sleep/upset stomach), vitamin tablets (especially vit b) and sugary things and it has helped keep sweats to a less embarrassing state! Good luck!!
Wow...it's amazing that i am seeing symptoms that i was not even aware were part and parcel of the fibro diagnosis...so...excessive sweating, now that makes sense :-) I have even thought of putting sanitary pads in my bra to avoid the sweat from showing through :-)
But i have read that those diagnosed with fibro do experience temperature in excess, so we get hotter than others and colder than other too :-)

Eat a popsicle! it works for me!
I only sweat maybe a couple times a week. My friend did exactly what you are doing & took her off the Cymbalta. Bad sweats are completely gone. Started her on another medication that alot of fibro people take. It starts with Gap??????
