P.S. To Y2BeFit...I used to be addicted to sugar and couldn’t imagine cutting it down severely. But...cut out sugar and you don’t crave it anymore!! I still have the odd treat now and then but just a little bit and it satisfies me. If I have too much, it just makes me feel sick now. I’ve replaced treats with fruit.
Giving up caffeine was really hard for me but once I made that definite connection between caffeine and pain, it was a done deal.

I took out dairy and gluten , sugar and all processed foods and it's been lifecbanging. I'll never go back!

Deleting sugar helped me. Also, I do not eat much meat. Mostly fruits and vegetables. I use almond milk for cereal. It helps me a lot.

Eat more fresh fruits, they have their own natural sugar .
