How Does Everyone Get Through Your Day To Day Routine?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Besides the obvious “I have to”, how does everyone make it through the day when it comes to living life? There are some days I’m in so much pain idk how I can do it. I grit my teeth and have a miserable day but get it done. Does anything help you to get through the day? I’m always tired but have insomnia. My pain level varies but there isn’t a day I don’t have pain. Then to top it off my brain is so fogged up. I work at a financial institution and a restaurant. I was on adderall but due to… read more

My portion sure have a lot on your plate! A big hug from me to you. I take vitamin B 12, two tablets which are equivalent to 2000 µg under my tongue every morning according to my endocrinologists orders. My fog has decreased tremendously so maybe ask your doctor if he or she thinks it’s something to try as well. My B12 values had to be quite elevated before the red blood cells started to turn over adequately to keep me in a range where I didn’t have much fog anymore. When I tried decreasing the dose the fucking back so now I just stay on the stones. Did you know that one of the first things that doctors check for when someone is having these kinds of signs could be a dementia starting or in progress, is to check the vitamin B 12 levels of the patient because it is often I cause of these symptoms that can be addressed. If it goes on for too long and causes a severe deficiency the results can become permanent as far as the symptoms are concerned.Do some reading on vitamin B 12 deficiency. Try the Mayo Clinic site for reading a lot of medical information as they are concise and easy to understand.

With medical mary there are two major strains. Indica & sativa. Then we have the active ingredients in both. Sativa is more for daytime & has higher content of CBD. Which is pain killer, i find this srrain makes me have headaches. The indica iis what i use mainly. It helps me get some sleep & with PTSD.. PAIN, nausea. But i have medical vaporizor. It needs very little and works.
Ps you can also injest the oils...or dry weed baked in brownies. That u need to be careful with and start off low dose. Eating does make effects much stronger & longer. You can or should be able to find edibles if not buy brwnie mix & we will talk about amt.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I’ve tried medical marijuana and unfortunately the smell gives me a migraine 😑. I was diagnosed in 2013 but I’ve suffered with it my whole life. It’s a constant battle of what can I make myself do today.

I can only suggest that first you need to take a long weekend off. You need to strees out , i me release what you have, so that you can re focus on getting better. Make sure you have alone time & due text thosd who love u that you are ok. Get some mefitation tapes or just diwnload app... I can talk or text you with suggestions, i would look for Kitato, Oasis & Dream.. these are great relaxation music & has helped me. Thank you! I do know I’m anemic but have major constipation issues so I haven’t been taking iron like I should be. Maybe I can start on a good dosage of B12 and it can help. Thank you!
