I have had problems with spraining muscles and hairline fractures during normal activities or work. I am so confused.

Have you been checked for osteoporosis? If your bones are brittle it could cause injuries from normal tasks. I would at least request it. If it's not osteoporosis, then at least you know.

It’s interesting you say this!!! I have been having such issues with my left hand for months. After begging the doctor, I finally got an MRI of my hand. I have bone marrow edema in my wrist bones and thumb bone. They keep saying, you must have injured yourself and I keep telling them, No, I did not. I have never fallen on my hand, etc. bone marrow edema is a type of fracture in the first layer of your bone. I also find myself rolling my ankle more often than I used to and I have no idea why.
