I made a personal independence payment claim, attended the interview.. They have sent me a letter saying that they decided that they can't award me with PIP because how I was able to bend over with the help of holding on to the table and was able to talk to the interviewer with no problems which is a complete lie I was very nervous and she calmed me down said it was ok my partner was with me the whole time I was shaking and sweating.. Go to citizens advice appeal and let them help you with appeal firms it take s a few attempts. .

Look sweetie you just need to keep fighting that's the only way we're going to get across they are accepting it little by little more and more that's why it's imperative for people to stand up and say I'm in pain I'm a human being unless they're walking in your shoes they're not going to get it keep your head up hun I know I haven't been on here much what I'm going through some crap myself but I wanted to help you I'm with you in prayers honey but you got to just keep your voice and your partner needs to voice their opinion too because they are around you and they see what you're like when you're in pain I'm still keeping the fight on I pray and hope things get better for you hun I've had this for 28 years and I'm not going to lie to you cuz it's going to get worse

I'm in canada,, I presume you can fight the decision? I'm in the middle of the process . My proof is not only in med reports but in how many times I have seen 5 different drs and specialists . Good.luck and don't give up...at.some point they will probs give it to.you to just get you off their back😀

I would appeal xx I had my assesment at home on tuesday this week.
So will have to wait on a decision.
I rang today to ask for copy of the report to see what the lady put down about me
I too was upset , my husband was with me too .
So just have to wait now .
