As in twitching in the samw area for several days?! Eyelids dont count! Lol. My right deltoid is now on day numero two of machine gun twitching (as in thumping very fast). I had those weird twitches along with pretty severe Restless Leg Syndrome which was diagnosed during a sleep study. I take generic Clonazepam for it and it has gone away, except this month when starting Cymbalta has started it up again.
I get the twitching all the time in my calves. I will also get twitching in my arms, thighs, shoulders that will last for 2-3 days. But below my knees, constant twitching for a few years now.
This is less twitching but I have just spasms in my neck and shoulders when Im excited or nervous. I find pain after a day of many "twitches" and can often hurt when it happens. Also sometimes when I have one I accidently slap or punch myself (or someone else) which can hurt lmao. Is it multiple muscles or just one? Does it happen more or less depending on mood? Are they violent or subtle? Hope this helps or makes you feel less alone. And if it is like mine, you get used to it and it becomes part of life.
Have the weird little twitches - all over my body - dare I say even in my ears. Really, a twitching sensation of the inner ear. There are a few little muscles in there, so why not? That happens every so often and is short lived. I've had the fasciculations that are in the large muscles and I feel as though it shook my whole body - both when lying on my bed, but sitting in my chair at work too.
Most of the twitching only I can see. But there are some that feel like seismic activity and others can see it as well. I've had to take my other hand and cover up the big twitches of the other arm because it feels so visible to others in the room.
Strange condition and so much to it.
@A MyFibroTeam Member yes! That’s how mine felt! My entire deltoid is sore bc the twitching has been so violent for lack of a better word.

I literally thought the twitching was behind me. Havent gone through a twitching spell since June. It appears my old foe is back with a vengeance trying to again cause strife in my life.
Gosh damnit. 😑
