Members shared strong solidarity around the heavy, concrete-like feeling in their arms and legs, with many describing it as walking through thick mud or having weights attached to their limbs. Several members highlighted climbing stairs and folding laundry as especially challenging activities, while others noted that humidity, lack of sleep, and overexertion worsen the sensation. Practical strategies included taking Thiamine supplements long-term for muscle tightness, checking thyroid function to rule out conditions like hyperthyroidism or Hashimoto's, and simply giving yourself grace on days when movement feels impossible.

Yes I do and I hate it. My arms feel like they have weights attached. There are many symptoms to fibro that doctors never address, but maybe they can't. I do hate feeling sore and weighted down though.

yes very common in fibro sufferers I take Thiamine each day it helps with cramps and muscles getting tight but you need to be on them long term to feel the benefits I have been taking them since 1994 really makes a difference.
