@A MyFibroTeam Member Usually any form of inflammation especially that affects of our intestines link back to diet and allergy. Do you know your blood type or your food sensitivity levels? this would be a place to start. My dad have had a similar issue for year with ulcers in his stomach and inflammation, he has been drinking natural Noni Juice for years and this shrunk the ulcers, healed some and reduced his inflammation. But again knowing what your sensitive to first is the place to start, remove regular food from your diet slowly and see if your body reacts well or not, bare in mind that this could take weeks to show solid results, so intermittent fasting may be better.
@A MyFibroTeam Member just research that stuff and ask your doctor if needed.
@A MyFibroTeam Member No I don't know much about it honestly. But there is this doctor in Florida that ive been watching his videos closely and it shows where he has helped with a lot of people that have had different nervous system issues.Dr Lonnie Herman.
Also we may not know everything as to what it is we are going through but we have to try.
I would say keep supplying your nerves and brain with healthy nutrition: B12, Magnesium, Folic Acid, Alpha Lapoic Acid, ACL supplements, Omega 3 fatty acids, Ginko Biloba.
@A MyFibroTeam Member Try some of the above tips and see how things work.
@A MyFibroTeam Member Insomnia is a tricky one. Research and try these things: Magnesium Calm, it calms your muscles, and mind, puts you in a state of relaxation and helps you sleep, ive been using it on and off for a few months now, it also restores your magnesium levels.
Also try stretching and deep breathing for 30 minutes before bed, deep breathing mediation helps to put you at rest.
I would also add binaural beats to the mix. This have helped me somewhat in the past.
Some research also shows Vitamin D supplements during the daytime help with sleep at nights.
And finally cardio/exercise during the days help you rest well at night
