Members shared a wide range of vitamins and supplements that have helped them manage the overwhelming fatigue and brain fog common in fibromyalgia, with the most frequently mentioned being vitamin D (especially prescription-strength doses), magnesium, vitamin B12, fish oil or omega-3 fatty acids, and turmeric for inflammation. Several members described practical strategies beyond supplements, including eating smaller meals to conserve digestive energy, adding maca powder to smoothies, planning meals ahead, drinking green tea or caffeine, gentle exercise like walking or running, sauna therapy, and getting fresh air and sunshine. A recurring theme was the honest acknowledgment that nothing works perfectly for everyone and that managing fatigue often requires a personalized combination of supplements, diet changes, pacing, and sometimes prescription medications like Ritalin or Adderall to get through particularly demanding days.

Energy restore works with everyone differently it all depends on what exactly is causing your fatigue and why. But here are a few things that have helped with my fatigue. Don't over eat, the more you eat the more energy your body uses to break down food, only eat what your body needs and figuring out what foods your body is not good at digesting helps. The second thing is brain vitamins like Ginko Biloba, Omega 3 Fatty acids, ALC's, and many other supplements, I would advise going to a Vitamin store and discussing with them about some things to try. The third thing will be running, running everyday can boost your mental energy and destroy brain fog, also sauna therapy if you can't run then sit in a sauna few times a week.

Vitamin D is great for fatigue - i get it on prescription from my doctor (its a higher dose than you can get over the counter) and have found it helps so much with my energy levels.
Magnisium is also good.
Fish Oil is brilliant for fibro fog! Started on 1000mg a day and worked up to 4000mg a day and have had a huge improvement in memory and concentration. Its been amazing! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I take b12, d3, magnesium, turmeric, and drink caffeine almost constantly. Some days are better than others.
