Does anyone have burning pain in the chest ,its like my chest and arms r on fire ,also i have bone pain everywhere .,ive done many analysis and everything is ok . my dr said it might be fibro...

Yes I get chest burning periodically, not like heartburn.
I hope you get answers its been happening to me as well along with bp dropping really low or spiking really high
