Hello. Since the beginning of all this, I would have pain but over time it's as if it just favored one side. Now I mainly find that it's my left side. It was my neck/scalp on the left side, then left shoulder and left arm/hand fingers and now the last week on and off, I have had excruciating pain in my left leg. It hurts to touch the skin, it feels like something is being pulled inside of me and it literally aches down to the bone. I've tried magnesium, stretching, heating pads, hot baths… read more

My pain tends to favor my left side. From my neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, low back and sacral area, knee, ankle and foot. But my right side hurts sometimes too. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Always seem to have a knot in my upper traps. Even with messages, stretches, essential oils, ice and heat, Epsom salt baths, and chiropractic care. Lately my left shoulder has been sitting forward in the socket. Even though I stretch and see a chiropractor and do Strength and Mobility exercises and stretches. I've had steroid injections, steroid pills, pain meds, etc. I recently purchased a pair of athletic walking shoes from a foot store, to correct my posture and arch. So I can walk and start improving my over all strength and mobility.

I too suffer left side favouring pain, except my right hip and leg have always suffered with. The left side seems to have it all though, head, neck, shoulder, jaw, eye, arm through fingers, rib cage, hip, knee, ankle & foot. The arthritis fills in the blanks though so Im a walking plasma ball.

Just a grim disability all round really 😒

Thank goodness for camaraderie here. Gentle hugs young @A MyFibroTeam Member ♥️

My pain favors the right side always. ( right hip, knee, ankle ). Sometimes heat works , other times cold. Any finally when all else fails, the over the counter pain patches with Lidocaine. Now that autumn has arrived, the cool damp weather is triggering pain in my hip. This group helps the most though!🤗
