Members confirmed that fibromyalgia pain can fluctuate unpredictably from day to day, with many experiencing clusters of painful days followed by better ones, validating that this on-and-off pattern is both possible and common. Several members shared specific insights about their own pain triggers and patterns, including overdoing activities, weather changes like incoming storm fronts, and dietary sensitivities that can cause throat or jaw discomfort. A recurring theme was finding gratitude and acceptance on the good days while extending grace to yourself on the difficult ones, recognizing that fibromyalgia's unpredictability is part of living with the condition.

Hi Chris! Oh yes, it is possible. More likely, it is probable! Just be glad for the good days, say a prayer of Thanksgiving and say a prayer for help, relief and acceptance on the bad days. Hope this helps.
