Keep all your records together of any doctors appointments or any tests you’ve had done like blood work, x-rays, ultrasound, MRI or anything to do with your health. If you’ve tried physio, how long etc or massage therapy, anything. I’m not in the military but I had to fight WSIB in Canada for a few years and they put you through too much! I wish you good luck and hope it all comes out in your favour! Keep track of everything even your day to day pain! Big hugs!!
