Military With Fibromyalgia

I just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia about one month ago after a two year long journey through medical in the Navy. Our medical is very understaffed compared to how many people are being seen at each facility that I’ve had to schedule months out in advance for a consultation, follow ups, etc. to try to figure out what was going on. Keep all your records together of any doctors appointments or any tests you’ve had done like blood work, x-rays, ultrasound, MRI or anything to do with your health. If you’ve tried physio, how long etc or massage therapy, anything. I’m not in the military but I had to fight WSIB in Canada for a few years and they put you through too much! I wish you good luck and hope it all comes out in your favour! Keep track of everything even your day to day pain! Big hugs!!
