I've removed almost every app I've tried from my mobile, as they interfer with normal daily use. Plus they all seem to get hold of a lot of personal data. I prefer to use an old fashioned note book too, easy to keep with me and show doctors. I bought a really good pain diary from Amazon, that has picture of body on each page to mark where pain is plus a space to write in "external factors" like the weather or sleep quality. A page for hospital appointments, plus all meds taken.
It's a good reminder for me. 🌸☺️

Never used an app. Just used a notebook to write daily pain levels, weather and what I ate that day that may have affected me. No rhyme or reason though, lol!
