I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with meds while flying. I had my doctor perscribe valium because i took it once long ago for a panic attack/prefibro, and it made me feel really relaxed. I am taking a red eye flight so im hoping this will help get me some sleep..

@A MyFibroTeam Member hi vera! Just wanted to give tou an update. The flight was totally fine and im not in pain like i thought i would be . Such a relief! Didnt end up taking the meds and just tried to sleep through..my savior ended up being this big soft blanket i bought on amazon. So happy i conquered this fear! Big hugs to you

@A MyFibroTeam Member thank you, yes im worried that if i fall asleep im going to wake up uncomfortable and in pain :( this also happens in the comfort of ly own home. I was contemplating on whether i should try to resist the sleep ? Im going to be taveling for 13 hours in total ..so i think thats going to be hard :/ , what do you usually do to handle red eye flights?
