Members validated the experience of facial pain from fibromyalgia, confirming that eyebrow, jaw, skull, and nose pain are recognized trigger points that can feel like being punched in the face. Several members shared practical relief strategies, including gentle facial massage, TMJ and neck work, jade rollers with light movements across the eyebrows, and hot stone massage therapy, with one former massage therapist emphasizing the importance of working beyond the painful area to address connected muscle tension. A recurring theme was the strange and migrating nature of fibromyalgia pain, the challenge of explaining facial pain to others, and the relief of finding community members who truly understand these unusual symptoms.

Sometimes eyebrows can be in relation to our adrenal status.
Try doing extremely light movements across the eyebrows, you may find some relief.
You could get a jade roller online (you can get them very cheaply on ebay or amazon).
Helped me :)

Omg, when I was in my 20's they tried to massage my neck and shoulders. I was,in tears, and told them they have to stop. It hurt so bad. I wonder now if this was the fibromyalgia

Scalp muscles, TMJ - all areas, eyebrows, even behind the ears on what is called the mastoid process - there are muscle attachments that get pulled on from the neck, but as we all know it can be a domino effect with muscles. It's good to work further out than just directly on what hurts. (I was a massage therapist for 20 years)
